
Molly Stranahan
Bio
Molly Stranahan, Psy.D., Founder of The Path to Happiness, teaches people how to implement what psychology knows about the choices we can make to live happier, healthier, more fulfilled lives. She has consulted with individuals and organizations about applying the principles of the Path to Happiness to topics such as relationships, money, living a meaningful life, and being an effective change-maker.
Molly has a doctorate in psychology from Rutgers University and a certificate in Positive Psychology from Kripalu. She studied creating transformative social change with Dr.Robert Gass of Rockwood Leadership Institute. She considers herself a student of human behavior and change. She is an advocate for environmental sustainability, social justice and recognizing the deep connections between all humans and all life.
Molly’s beloved aunt Mary has been an inspiration to her as a philanthropist and social change advocate. Molly is passionate about addressing the causes of human suffering – whether resulting from economic inequality, burning fossil fuels or our own beliefs about not being good enough. She has been a board member of The Needmor Fund and Solidaire Network.
