Martha Newell

Bio

Martha Newell is a long time Missoula community member, activist and philanthropist. She has experience as a paid staffer and volunteer board member of various non-profits large and small, local and international. In addition, she has been the volunteer head of two capital campaigns, leading her to a deeper understanding of the non-profit side of funding relationships. She and her partner raised two boys in Missoula and now delight in their three local grandboys. She felt honored to join the High Stakes Foundation board in 2023 and has learned about many organizations she didn’t know about before!
